1. This agreement

These conditions apply from the moment you open any page on hardrxs.com. Alongside them sit our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, and all three form one agreement between you and us. Anyone who does not accept them should leave the site rather than continue using it. We reserve the right to revise this page, and the revision date printed at the top records the most recent change. Continued browsing after a revision counts as acceptance of the revised version.

2. Age and location

Access is restricted to adults of 18 or older who are physically located within the United States. Nobody below that age may browse the site or attempt to place an order through it. Using the site is your confirmation that you satisfy both conditions and that what you tell us about yourself is truthful.

3. Our role, stated plainly

hardrxs.com publishes information and refers readers onward. We do not manufacture anything, we employ no physicians, and we operate no pharmacy. Any purchase you make happens on a merchant's own secure checkout, and from that point the merchant's contract covers the transaction: the sale, the clinical review, dispensing, billing, delivery and aftercare. Read their terms before buying. No payment data, prescription data or clinical record ever passes through this website.

4. How we are paid

We participate in an affiliate programme. Should you click through from here and go on to buy, a commission may be paid to us by the merchant. Your price is unaffected. Since this gives us a financial stake in your decision, treat what we publish as one input among several, and give more weight to a healthcare professional who knows your medical history.

5. Not a source of medical advice

No page on this site constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation to treat. Reading it establishes no clinical relationship of any kind. Only the licensed physician reviewing your health questionnaire on the merchant's platform can decide whether a prescription is appropriate.

6. Ownership of what appears here

Copyright in the text, structure, styling, code and imagery of this site rests with us or with our licensors, and is protected under United States and international law. 7. Prohibited conduct

13. Applicable law and forum

California law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law principles excluded. Proceedings arising from it or from your use of this site belong in the state or federal courts sitting in Orange County, California, whose personal jurisdiction over you is agreed.

14. Surviving provisions

An unenforceable clause is trimmed or struck only to the minimum degree required, leaving the remainder in full effect. Together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, this document is the complete agreement covering this site and displaces anything previously stated on the subject.
